Beginner Cake Decorator & Bakery
JOB DESCRIPTION
Cake decorator is an important position, which helps store owner / supervisor, operating store smoothly and involves many responsibilities. Some of which are listed below:
- Bake and decorate cakes as per customer requirements.
- Interact with customers for orders and pickups.
- Deal with suppliers and business partners.
- Enter orders into computer systems.
- Answer phone calls and emails.
- Keep work area, store and equipment clean.
- Any other duties related to store operation as assigned by owner / supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
- No formal education or experience is required for this job
- A strong passion and desire to learn about cake decorating / baking
- Training will be provided so in few months a person with right aptitude and attitude will be able to do high end cakes from scratch.
- A person with prior creative and art background will be preferred for this job
- Basic knowledge of computer, internet and email.
- Flexible hours - able to work during evenings, weekends and overtime as required.

Customer Service Rep
JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer Service Rep is an important position, which helps store owner / supervisor, operating store smoothly and involves many responsibilities. This position not only involve working with customers but also helping with cake decorations, preparing pastries etc.
Some of the responsibilities are listed below:
- Interact with customers for orders and pickups.
- Deal with suppliers and business partners.
- Enter orders into computer systems.
- Answer phone calls and emails.
- Prepare cakes, pastries, desserts and baked goods.
- Help with cake decorations like printing photos for cakes, accessories for cakes etc.
- Manage appropriate stocks in the front for sale.
- Cleaning of utensils, store and equipment.
- Work overtime when required. Working evenings and weekends is required.
- Any other duties related to store operation as assigned by owner / supervisor. &
QUALIFICATIONS
- Should be very friendly and outgoing, should be able to build long term relationships with customers.
- Intermediate knowledge of computer, internet and email.
- Demonstrated ability to multi task in a busy environment.
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Flexible hours - able to work during evenings, weekends and overtime as required.

Utensils Washing & Store Cleaning
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a person who can help with utensils washing and cleaning of the bakery.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to learn quickly
- Able to follow directions independently
- No special experience is required for this job. Training will be provided.
