Cancellation, Refund and Quality Concerns Policy
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate cancellation requests whenever possible. However, since all our cakes are made to order, cancellations depend on whether work has begun on your cake.
- Single-Tier Cakes: Cancellations are allowed up to 5 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.
- Wedding & Tiered Cakes: Cancellations are allowed up to 7 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.
- If a cancellation request is made after the above timeframes, we may approve it only if no work has started on the cake.
- Work on your cake may begin several days before pickup/delivery, depending on the complexity of the design. Once any work has begun (including baking, custom decorations, or edible images), a refund may not be possible.
Our goal is to provide an amazing customer experience, and we will always try to assist within our cancellation policy.
Refund Policy
- Unable to Refund any products because:
- Food Safety Regulations: Once a cake or any other baked item leaves our facility, we cannot accept returns due to strict food safety laws and hygiene standards.
- Preventing Cross-Contamination: Since most of our cakes are egg-free, nut-free, vegan, and gluten-free, we have strict protocols to maintain a safe environment for customers with dietary restrictions and allergies. Returning products could pose a serious health risk because we cannot guarantee that the cake has not been exposed to outside contaminants, allergens, or improper storage conditions after leaving our facility. Even if the cake looks untouched, any exposure to allergens or non-certified environments increases the risk of cross-contamination, which is why we cannot accept returns.
