Puffs are not pre-cut in-store to preserve their flaky texture and filling. They are packed whole for freshness; you can slice them at home just before serving for bite-sized portions.
Cutting puffs for serving
We don’t slice puffs in-store. Their delicate, flaky layers are happiest (and tastiest) when left whole—cutting them on the spot would crush the pastry and let the filling escape. If you’d like bite-size pieces, simply use a sharp serrated knife at home just before serving. We’ll package each puff whole so it stays crisp, fresh, and ready for your guests to enjoy.
