Can I pre-order pastries for special events or holidays?

Pre-order pastries online, by phone, or in-store for events and holidays to secure availability. We bake fresh and have your order boxed and ready for pickup at your chosen time.

Are your savory puffs vegan?

Classic Potato (Vegetable) Puffs are fully vegan, made without dairy, eggs, or butter. Cheesy Corn Puffs contain cheese and are not vegan. Ask staff for separate packaging if needed.

Could you pre-slice the puffs into halves for easier serving?

Puffs are not pre-cut in-store to preserve their flaky texture and filling. They are packed whole for freshness; you can slice them at home just before serving for bite-sized portions.

How many pastry flavors do you offer?

We offer a wide range of daily pastries, including favourites like Oreo Crumble, White Forest, and Butterscotch Crunch, with many more available in our Ready-to-Go collection in-store or online.

Do you provide any chutney or special sauce with the puffs?

Puffs are served without chutneys or sauces by default, but ketchup packets can be provided on request. They’re flavourful on their own, but you’re welcome to pair them with any dip of your choice.

Can I buy puff pastry sheets separately?

We don’t sell raw puff pastry sheets separately—they’re used only for our in-house baked puffs and cream horns to ensure freshness, safety, and the best flaky texture.

Which type of pineapple do you use in your Pineapple Perfection cakes and pastries?

Pineapple Perfection uses premium 100% real canned pineapple packed in juice for consistent sweetness, soft texture, and reliable flavour year-round.

Can I order a cake that features brownie layers or a full “brownie cake”?

We currently offer brownies as individual desserts, but not as a full brownie cake yet. Brownie-layered cake options are in development and may be added soon—stay tuned for updates.

Do you use real strawberries in your strawberry divine cake & pastries?

Strawberry Divine features premium strawberry spread in sponge and filling for consistent flavour year-round, with fresh strawberry-topped cakes available on request.

Do you provide reheating instructions for items like the savory puffs?

Reheat puffs in a preheated oven or air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for a few minutes until crisp and hot. Avoid microwaving, as it can make the pastry soggy and affect the flaky texture.

Do your Gulab Jamun and Rasmalai cakes contain the actual Indian sweets?

Yes—our Gulab Jamun and Rasmalai cakes include real Indian sweets, layered into nut-free fusion cakes with in-house cream for authentic East-meets-West flavour.

How long do your pastries stay fresh?

For best taste, enjoy pastries the same day. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3–4 days, or freeze for up to 1 month. Thaw in the fridge and bring to room temperature before serving.

Do you offer bulk-order savings on pastries, and can I place a large order?

Enjoy automatic savings on pastries: 5% off at 25+, 8% off at 50+, and 10% off at 100+ pieces. No codes needed—discounts apply instantly when you order for larger gatherings or events.

Can you customize the filling inside the puffs?

We offer Vegetable (vegan) and Cheesy Corn (vegetarian) puffs only. No custom fillings for small orders. Onion/garlic-free batches are available with advance notice and a minimum order of 100 pieces.

Can I order custom pastries?

Individual pastries can’t be customized or decorated on request. For large bulk orders, limited adjustments may be possible, but custom designs are best done through cakes or cupcakes.

Do you sell unbaked puffs so I can bake them at home?

We currently only sell fully baked, ready-to-eat puffs. Frozen or unbaked take-home puffs aren’t available yet but may be introduced in the future—stay tuned for updates.

Do you use real mango in your Mango Madness cake and pastries?

Mango Madness uses real mangoes cooked into an in-house mango spread with a touch of sugar—no artificial flavours—delivering an authentic, rich, and vibrant mango taste in every bite.

Do the puffs contain onion and garlic?

Both vegetable and corn-cheese puffs include onion and garlic. Onion/garlic-free puffs can be made as a custom order with advance notice and a minimum order requirement of about 100 pieces.

Which cheese goes into your Cheesy Corn Puffs, and is it made without animal rennet for vegetarians?

Our Cheesy Corn Puffs use creamy, vegetarian-friendly cream cheese (made without animal rennet) for a rich, tangy, smooth filling paired with sweet corn.
