We require 100% upfront payment for all orders to secure your booking and ensure your cake is prepared on schedule, with no deposit option available.
Is HST applied to your cakes, ready-to-go items, and delivery fees?
Whole cakes are zero-rated as basic groceries, meaning no HST is applied, while ready-to-go single-serve items and delivery fees are subject to 13% HST in accordance with CRA guidelines.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer multiple secure payment options including cash, debit, credit cards, digital wallets, PayPal, and Interac e-Transfer, both in-store and online.
Do you provide invoices or receipts for orders?
All orders include an automatic digital receipt sent by text or email, with printed receipts available on request at checkout.
Is there a way to add a tip for the bakery staff or delivery driver when I pay for my order?
We do not include tip prompts and do not expect gratuities, as fair wages are built into our pricing; feedback, reviews, or kind words are always appreciated instead.
Are there any extra fees when making a payment (like credit card processing fees)?
The price shown at checkout is the final price with no hidden or processing fees, with only optional charges like delivery or rush-order fees if selected.
