Can I order a custom cake for today?

Same-day custom cakes are our specialty! Many designs are ready in 2–3 hours, with personalized options for birthdays, showers, graduations, weddings, and more—even at the last minute.

Do you offer Photo cakes?

Create a custom photo cake with your favorite image printed on an edible icing sheet. Simply upload your photo, choose a flavor and size, and we’ll make your celebration picture-perfect.

Do you offer Bento cakes?

Bento cakes aren’t available at the moment. For a similar personal-sized treat, try our 6-inch single-height cakes, cupcakes, or dessert cups—perfect for small celebrations and individual gifts.

Do you offer Fondant Cakes?

Yes—our decorators love sculpting smooth fondant into elegant tiers, playful characters, and everything in between.

Can I make changes to my order after I’ve placed it?

Small tweaks like inscriptions or pickup changes can usually be made if you contact us early. Larger changes (size, flavour, design) need 48–72 hours, or 2–3 weeks for custom cakes.

Where do I send the photo for my cake?

Send your photo (JPEG or PNG) to info@rashmisbakery.com with your order number in the subject line. We’ll print it on an edible icing sheet and add it to your cake for a vibrant, personalized design.

What is your cancellation policy? Can I cancel my cake order and get a refund?

Everyday cakes are non-refundable once confirmed; changes may be possible 3–4 days in advance. Large orders are refundable 14+ days prior, then store credit may be considered in special cases.

How much notice do you need for a custom cake?

Can you accommodate custom designs or special requests for orders?

Rashmi's Bakery offers hand-painted fondant scenes to elegant drip cakes and fill out the Custom Cake Quote Form with date, size, flavour, and any must-have details

I have my own cake topper / flowers / decorative item. Can you place it on the cake for me?

Personalize your cake with toys, figurines, or fresh food-safe flowers. Drop off your decorations before pickup, and we’ll incorporate them into the design for a unique, celebration-ready centerpiece.

How much does it cost to add a photo to my cake?

Add an edible photo to your cake for just $15. Send a high-resolution JPEG or PNG with your order number, and we’ll print it on a premium icing sheet for a vibrant, picture-perfect finish.

Can I get a picture of my cake when its ready?

We don’t provide photos of finished cakes before pickup. You’ll be able to review your cake at pickup, and our team can usually make small adjustments on the spot if needed.
