Select “Delivery” at checkout, enter your address, and choose a time slot. You can also order by phone or in-store. Once confirmed, we’ll deliver within your selected window.
Will I get a text or email when my delivery is on the way or has arrived?
We don’t send real-time delivery updates. Orders arrive within your chosen window, and drivers may call if needed. For updates, contact the bakery on delivery day.
Any tips for transporting the cake or cupcakes safely if I’m picking up?
Bring your order confirmation, arrive on time, and we can provide a cart if needed. For transport, keep the box on a flat surface, use A/C in warm weather, and drive gently to protect your cake.
Who should I contact if something goes wrong with my delivery or pickup order?

Do you offer delivery services?
We offer delivery to homes, offices, and venues, with fees based on location. You can also order ready-to-go items for fast delivery via UberEats from our Brampton or Mississauga locations.
Do I have to pick up at a set time, or can I arrive whenever I’m free?
Choose a pickup date and time window when pre-ordering, and we’ll have your order ready and notify you when it’s prepared. Walk-ins are welcome anytime during business hours for ready-to-go items.
What delivery slots do you offer—including weekend, holiday, and same-day options—and which ones apply to tiered or wedding cakes?
We offer Flex (12–7 PM) and Precise (2-hour) delivery. Weekend, holiday, or same-day orders use Priority options with surcharges. Wedding cakes use Precise by default.
Do you deliver outside the GTA (Greater Toronto Area)?
We deliver across the Greater Toronto Area and nearby cities, including Hamilton, Burlington, Oshawa, Newmarket, and Aurora, with full city-wise fees listed on our Delivery Service page.
Can you send a surprise cake order without informing the recipient?
We may call the recipient to confirm delivery. If you request no call, the order will be left at the address provided, and you’ll be notified. Please ensure someone is available to receive it.
What is your delivery area and how much do deliveries cost?
We deliver across the Greater Toronto Area, including Brampton, Mississauga, Toronto, and nearby cities, with fees varying by location and order type.
Can you bring my order out to my car for curbside pickup?
We don’t offer curbside pickup. Please collect orders in-store at the counter using your name or order number. We can provide a cart if you need help carrying larger orders.
Can you deliver my cake along with flowers or other non-bakery gifts?
We don’t deliver flowers or balloons, but you can provide toppers or décor in advance for us to place on your cake. Fresh flowers must be arranged separately.
Do you offer cash or credit on delivery (COD)?
We do not offer COD; all orders must be paid in full before preparation or delivery, though cash payments are accepted in advance at the bakery.
Is there a minimum order amount required for delivery?
There is no minimum order for delivery—you can order even a single cake or a few cupcakes. A delivery fee applies regardless of order size.
What happens if I’m not home when the delivery arrives?
If you’re not available, our driver will call and may leave your order with a designated person or safe location if instructed. Otherwise, it returns to the bakery and a redelivery fee may apply.
Do you charge a delivery fee, and how much is it?
Delivery fees vary by service: Flex, Precise, Priority Flex, and Priority Precise. Use our Delivery & Pickup page to check your exact cost by entering your address.
Can I pick up my order from the bakery instead of having it delivered?
Pickup is free and recommended. Select “Pickup” at checkout, choose Mississauga or Brampton, and your time. We’ll notify you when ready, and your order will be boxed for easy collection.
Can you schedule a midnight (12 AM) cake delivery for a surprise?
We do not offer midnight delivery due to safety, noise, and operational reasons. Orders can be scheduled for daytime delivery and safely stored for a surprise reveal later.
What’s the difference between Flex and Precision delivery—and what do they cost?
We offer Flex (12–7 p.m. window) and Precision (2-hour window) delivery options. Enter your address on our Delivery page to instantly view availability and exact fees for your location.
What happens if my delivery is late or something is missing?
If your order is late, missing, or incorrect, contact us right away. We’ll investigate and quickly offer a replacement, refund, or store credit to resolve the issue.
Do you offer delivery on weekends and public holidays?
We deliver on weekends and most public holidays. A surcharge applies due to higher courier rates, and the exact fee is shown at checkout or on our Delivery Service page when you select your date.
How can I find out whether you deliver to my address—and what it will cost?
We deliver across Brampton, Mississauga, and the GTA. Use our Delivery page to check fees instantly. Outside the zone, contact us for a custom delivery quote or pickup options.
Do I need to order ahead, or can I simply walk in for pickup?
Walk in anytime for ready-to-go treats, usually well stocked daily. For specific cakes, large quantities, or peak dates, please order 1–2 days in advance to ensure availability.
