Delivery & Pickup

Any tips for transporting the cake or cupcakes safely if I’m picking up?

Bring your order confirmation, arrive on time, and we can provide a cart if needed. For transport, keep the box on a flat surface, use A/C in warm weather, and drive gently to protect your cake.

Before you leave the bakery

  • Bring your order info: Have your confirmation (name + order number) ready on your phone or printed.
  • Arrive on time: Aim for your chosen pickup slot. If we text that your order’s ready early, feel free to come sooner—but please arrive before closing.
  • Use a cart: Our team can provide you with a cart to carry your items to the car.

Transport & handling tips

  • Flat surface is king: Place the box on a level spot—the trunk floor or passenger-side footwell. Avoid car seats; their tilt can send cakes sliding.
  • Clear the area: Remove loose items that could roll into or press against the box.
  • Climate control: On warm days, keep the A/C on to protect frosting and whipped-cream fillings.
  • Drive like cake is precious—because it is: Gentle turns, gradual stops, and no hard accelerations. Even well-structured cakes can shift if jolted.

Follow these pointers and your desserts will arrive looking as beautiful as when they left our bakery.
