Can you send a surprise cake order without informing the recipient?
We may call the recipient to confirm delivery. If you request no call, the order will be left at the address provided, and you’ll be notified. Please ensure someone is available to receive it.
Our surprise-delivery policy
We don’t dispatch “silent” birthday cakes. To ensure the order reaches the right hands—and isn’t left melting on a doorstep—our team member or driver may call the recipient to confirm they’re home and verify delivery details.
If you still want the element of surprise
You’re welcome to ask us not to call, but you’ll assume full responsibility for making sure someone is available. If no one answers the door, we’ll leave the cake at the address you provided and notify you immediately. Please consider weather, apartment access, and the recipient’s schedule before choosing this option so your sweet surprise arrives in perfect condition.
