Are your products Kosher?
Our products are kosher by ingredients, with no gelatin or animal fats, but we are not formally kosher certified and operate in a mixed kitchen; please consult your Rabbi for guidance.
Kosher status
Our cakes, cupcakes, and pastries are “kosher by ingredients.” We never use gelatin, animal fats, or other non-kosher additives.
Dairy note
We do use dairy in many items, so the products are considered dairy (Chalav Stam) rather than pareve.
Kitchen supervision
Rashmi’s Bakery is not under formal Kosher certification. Production happens in a mixed kitchen without rabbinic oversight.
